Sammanfattning I projektet ”Modellering av spårbarhet och riskanalys för säker och hållbar livsmedelsproduktion” har arbetet varit inriktat på hur producenten kan arbeta på ett proaktivt sätt med sin tillverkningsprocess utifrån ett risk- och spårbarhetsperspektiv utifrån försörjningskedjeperspektiv.
