Bile stimulates Cell Surface Hydrophobicity, Congo Red Binding and Biofilm Formation of Lactobacillus strains.
Seventeen Lactobacillus strains were tested for cell surface hydrophobicity (CSH) using the salt aggregation test (SAT) and Congo red binding (CRB) assay.
