Organotypic slice culture model demonstrates inter-neuronal spreading of alpha-synuclein aggregates
Here we describe the use of an organotypic hippocampal slice model for studying α-synuclein aggregation and inter-neuronal spreading initiated by microinjection of pre-formed α-synuclein fibrils (PFFs).
