Hydrolysis of tri- and monoacylglycerol by lipoprotein lipase: evidence for a common active site
The relationship between triacylglycerol and monoacylglycerol hydrolyzing activities of purified rat heart lipoprotein lipase was studied using emulsified trioleoylglycerol and micellar or albumin-bound monooleoylglycerol as substrates.
