Halisaurus sternbergi, a small mosasaur with an intercontinental distribution
Remains of Halisaurus sternbergi (Wiman, 1920) from the latest Early Campanian (sensu germanico) of the Kristianstad Basin, southern Sweden, represent the first record of this species outside of the USA.
