A Case Study on Regression Test Suite Maintenance in System Evolution

When a system is maintained, its automated test suites must also be maintained to keep the tests up to date. Even though practice indicates that test suite maintenance can be very costly we have seen few studies considering the actual efforts for maintenance of testware. We conducted a case study on an evolving system with three updated versions, changed with three different change strategies.

Kärlek och vänskap. Platon, Aristoteles och europeisk idétradition. Platonsällskapets XXI symposium i Lund 2-5 juni 2011 http://aigis.igl.ku.dk/2012,2/Platonacta/indhold.html

Assessment of Total Evacuation Systems for Tall Buildings

This report focuses on the use of egress models to assess the optimal strategy in the case of total evacuation in high-rise buildings. A model case study made of two identical twin towers linked with two sky-bridges at different heights has been simulated. The towers are 50 floor high-rise buildings including both vertical and horizontal egress components, namely stairs, occupant evacuation elevat

Spinal Cord Processing of Sensory Information: Spatial Organization and Adaptive Mechanisms.

I detta avhandlingsarbete studPrinciples for sensorimotor transformation and plasticity in the spinal cord and functional repair in the root-avulsed spinal cord were studied. A comparative study confirmed that the nociceptive withdrawal reflex (NWR) system is composed of reflex modules, with each performing a finely tuned transformation of skin sensory input to activity in one muscle. This suggests that modularity of the NWR s

Structure and Function of Odorant Binding Proteins and Chemosensory Proteins in Moths.

Odorant Binding Proteins (OBPs) and Chemosensory Proteins (CSPs) are small soluble proteins found in the lymph of insect sensillae located on insect antennae. Odorant Binding proteins are implied in olfaction, by binding hydrophobic odorant molecules and transporting them to the olfactory receptor located on the dendrite of the olfactory neurons. They are divided into three groups, Pheromone Bindi

PROTEIN VACCINE AGAINST NEONATAL GROUP B STREPTOCOCCAL INFECTION Immunization experiments in animals and a serological study in humans

Capsular polysaccharides and cell surface proteins of GBS are candidate antigens for development of a human GBS vaccine. Proteins have many advantages as vaccine antigens. The majority of the neonatal infections are caused by strains of capsular serotypes Ia, Ib, II, II

Association and Microstructure in Self-Assembling Catanionic Systems

This thesis addresses the phase behavior and phase structure in mixed surfactant-surfactant and surfactant-polymer systems, where the co-solutes have opposite charges (catanionic systems). The initial goal has been to investigate self-assembly aspects in mixtures of single-/double-chained surfactants and bile salt/double-chained surfactants, with the main focus on vesicle assembly in dilute region
