The aim of this pilot study was to investigate clinical symptoms during a 10-day benzodiazepine (BZD) taper procedure. Twenty-one BZD-dependent patients attended a fixed 10-day inpatient tapering program. The patients developed mild to moderate withdrawal symptoms.
