Vi har formulerat två teser som visar effekten av hur MKF använder oklarheten i sin rekryteringsprocess. Den första tesen orsakar en ryktesspridning som gör att MKF får in ett stort antal ansökningar. Den andra tesen leder till att de inkomna ansökningarna håller en hög kvalité.
