What to do on operational disruptions

Published 21 November 2023 The University experienced significant disruption in some of our IT and telephone systems in early October. Many employees contacted LU Servicedesk. LDC worked intensively with suppliers to solve the problem. The disruptions were due to technical issues and were not caused by external influences.
