In my dissertation Ovid's Heroides and the Ethopoeia, I explore the poems in the Roman poet Ovid’s work Heroides and their relationship to the rhetorical-literary text model and school exercise ethopoeia.

My main areas of interest are classical poetry, literature, mythology, rhetoric, and music as well as Western cultural and intellectual history in general.

I have taught university courses related to Latin prose from the Republic and Imperial periods, as well as post-antique poetry. I have taught Latin, Swedish and cultural history at the high school level. Currently, I work as a church musician in Lund and am also an affiliated scholar at Lund University. I also have assignments as a writer and lecturer.

In 2025, my translation of Cicero’s rhetorical work Brutus will be published by Bokförlaget Augusti.
