I study phonetic and prosodic variations of spoken language using neurolinguistic techniques. Currently, I am investigating lexicosemantic and computational aspects of the Swedish tone accents. In my dissertation work, I plan to study the dynamics of phonetic information transfer focused on the message-oriented aspects by the speakers and how these variations are processed in the brain by the listeners.
