Immerse yourself in Polish literature

You can now study Polish at the Centre for Languages and Literature. This spring we're giving you the opportunity to explore the richness of Polish literature and its growing recognition on the international scene.
Polish is the second largest Slavic language with around 55 million speakers worldwide. You can find our Polish language courses at https://www.sol.lu.se/en/polska/courses/
Safe Day: Seminars on Polish Literature
Dates: 24–25 April
Location: SOL, Lund University
This two-day seminar will feature panel discussions with renowned translators Irena Grönberg, Ursula Phillips, and Katarzyna Tubylewicz, who will share insights on why Polish literature captivates readers in Sweden.
Additionally, Prof. Przemysław Czapliński will deliver a lecture on Polish literature of recent decades, focusing on identity politics and migration.
The talks are in English, open to everyone, with more information and the full programme to be announced soon.
